We have a very small space with little storage in one of our bedrooms and the Queen size bed with its storage space was just what the doctor ordered. Most beds that have storage also have a 12″ deep headboard which coupled with the bed would not fit in the room.
The only issue with the order is that we were unable to track the shipment to know when it would arrive. Since the boxes were extremely heavy I wanted to be home when the shipment arrived. It was shipped by UPS with a tracking number which was untractable. I called customer service to seek assistance, but they could not track it either. It arrived and I am a happy customer, although we have to glue all the pieces which took a day or so to complete.

There is way too much plastic and cheap composite in this frame for the price. This item had a few knicks when it arrived, due to poor packing since they were on the inside and not facing the box. The drawers have metal guides, which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1. Without the scratches, I would have given it a 3. I am satisfied enough to not spend $100+ to return it and the drawer storage is nice.
If you are looking for an OK storage bed frame and can’t find another one that is a better value (I haven’t looked), then this would be OK. Since it will take at least a week to arrive, take a few days to find something else.
